Desiderata offers support contracts for Jaxcent.

Jaxcent support is based upon a monthly contract. The contract may be cancelled at any time. Payments are charged after-the-fact, i.e. upon the completion of each month of contract. There is a one-time set up fee. Payments are via American Express, Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
